Hondros College is a unique learning institution. We aim to provide career-specific knowledge toward continuing education (CE) requirements needed to succeed in a broad range of careers in
real estate,
insurance,
appraisal,
mortgage and
home inspection. We focus on these careers because they offer stability, flexibility, independence and financial reward to our students.
Hondros College was founded in 1981 as a
real estate preparatory school. Although the school curriculum quickly grew to include licensing and continuing education courses and other areas of study, real estate has always been at the heart of the college. Today, more than 80% of the 55,000 real estate licensees in Ohio have attended Hondros College for pre-licensing, post-licensing, or continuing education courses.
Hondros College offers a wide array of continuing education and licensing courses for a number of different careers. These areas of study range from home inspection to
corporate training. Additionally, many of the courses and products offered at Hondros College are available online through
Hondros Learning, a provider of
online courses and textbooks for the real estate, appraisal and mortgage industries. Hondros Learning's product line includes the CompuCram test prep solution for the
real estate exam,
mortgage test, and
appraisal test. Hondros Learning also works with partner organizations to provide
appraisal continuing education, and
mortgage continuing education.
